Reports hosting
The Driver Trip
Reporting hosting service is an on-line trip reports
preparation, document management and information delivery
to Carrier management system, that is designed to
increase driver and
in-company staff productivity and IFTA
efficiencies.
Under this service
system, drivers use our on-line driver trip reporting system to prepare and
forward their trip reports to their carrier company with a
copy to Trucktax for
off-site information storage.
In the process,
the driver receive a
copy by email for his/her file.
In addition, if
applicable, a copy can be sent simultaneously to a
designated outside
ifta-fueltax service
provider IF DIFFERENT FROM IN-HOUSE.

Paying our fees:
Service fees are due monthly in advance. You
can pay for our services by Credit Card, VISA/Master Card
or
Bank Transfer.
We will send you an invoice by email at the
beginning of each quarter and a pay-by-credit-card form for
you to complete and fax to us at the fax number shown on the
form.
