Our bookkeeping fees are based on an annual service fee system driven by the number of trucks operated and whether the business is a corporation or an unincorporated company (proprietorship)

Whatever your business structure, the fee quoted will include all of the following services and support:   

Bookkeeping includes:

                   Sending you Quarterly Financial Reports

                   GST/HST Reporting

                   3rd Quarter Tax planning

  • year-end service includes:

    • Personal Tax Preparation for Owner manager and Spouse

    • Preparation of Corporation Tax Return if Business is a Corporation    


How to reduce your fees?

Option 1.

You can reduce your bookkeeping and tax services fees by electing to use our on-line info delivery system.

On-line clients should also send us by fax the following as is applicable:

  • Copy of your Bank statement

  • Copy of any notices of assessment

  • Copy of your GST/HST return form page-1.

  • Copy of your WSIB return form, page-1.

  • Copy of any Equipment Purchase/Lease agreement.


Option 2.

We offer clients a forms completion system, also designed to reduce the bookkeeping and tax services cost. This system is our FAX Data Delivery-System.

If your preference is to use this system for sending us the required business information for processing and tax reporting, we will provide you with a set of customized forms which you would complete on a monthly basis and fax to us along with all of the following where applicable:

  • Copy of your bank statement

  • Copy of any notices of assessment

  • Copy of your GST/HST return form page-1.

  • Copy of your WSIB return form, page-1.

  • Copy of any Equipment Purchase/Lease agreement.


How to Pay our fees?   Fees are due monthly in advance.

Fees are payable by Credit Card. VISA or Master Card.
