To make our service
easy to use and convenient, we offer clients a variety of ways to
use our service, all designed to help you manage the business-side
of trucking hassle-free.

The Spreadsheet Bookkeeping Management System.
$50.00 Per Month
You sign up for the service and purchase a copy of the support
version of our specially customized for Truckers software

After purchasing the software online, it is license to you/your company.
In addition, to allow the included GST/HST report to accurately
calculate your GST/HST payable and/or ITC (Refundable Input Tax
Credit), we set GST/HST rate applicable to your province of
operation/home base.
For convenience, the software is sent to you by email as an
attachment along with
easy to understand user
guide.
You simply save the software to your computer as your master and
create a copy for each business operating month you will enter
information for.
On
an ongoing basis, you enter your income and expenses in the various
spreadsheets and columns.
At the end of each month, send us a copy
of the spreadsheet by email by simply clicking on the Send-TTAX Link
from any spreadsheet in the Program.

We
process the business information and if applicable file your GST/HST
return and
send you a returned filed confirmation report each quarter.
All reports and Tax Returns ready to be signed and filed (Mailed to
CRA) are make available for you to download from a
secure web folder created for you/your company on our website,
utilizing a secure user-name and password.
This includes
a set
of professional
meaningful financial reports on a quarterly basis, including if
applicable a copy of the GST/HST returned filed confirmation report
from CRA.
Alternatively, this information can be sent by email.

Agreement, a Year end fee could apply.
Year end service is optional.
As a result, clients can retain our convenient bookkeeping service
to manage the year-round bookkeeping process and file the GST/HST returns
and utilize the services of a local Tax Preparer/Bookkeeper for year-end
tax reporting services.
With the detailed year-end information we provide, you
will be able to easily provide a local tax preparer or accountant/bookkeeper
with the information needed to prepare your tax return at
significantly less cost than if you had given them your business
information as paper documents and receipts for processing.
This approach to bookkeeping management and timely filing of GST/HST,
could save you as much as $600.00 or more off your annual
bookkeeping and tax services fee.

The documents upload service system.
Monthly service fee: $85.00
Under this documents upload service system, you would scan each
document and save it as a pdf and upload it to us via our online
secure upload web portal.
To
make this segment of our service work well, we recommend that as you
obtain invoices and receipts you should write on the document just
what type of expense it is.
This way when it is uploaded we
will be able to classify the expense type which will help give more
meaning to the financial reports we send you.

The On-Line Bookkeeping Info-Submit System
Monthly fee: $65.00
As you click the info submit
button, the On-Line system will
pop-up
a report of the information
you just entered and sent to the TRUCKTAX™
data submit server and
instruct you to print the report and attach to the source documents
and receipts you just entered.
Now if you do not have a printer attached, no problem, select the print
to a file feature and it will print the report to your computer so you can print it at
a later date and attaché to the invoices and/or receipts entered as part of your audit
verification support filings for the future.

4- The Envelope Service system
This service level applies to the client who prefers to send us an envelope
each month with copies of the business information for processing
and GST/HST Tax reporting.
