Our services are provided virtually and remotely, this means you
never have to take time out from business or personal time to visit
our office.
Our services are provided utilizing the Internet, Email, Fax,
Phone, Skype, Courier and as is applicable, regular mail.
This
type of service system for delivering bookkeeping and tax compliance
management and reporting, is a centralized
bookkeeping information processing, tax preparation and client
support services system, that allows us to be much more effective and
responsive to your needs while keeping our service fee low and competitive.
With our service, you get to move the storage and filing of
your financial statements, tax returns and other related reports from
a storage box or file cabinets, to a paperless system.
This means, you would
receive your copies of all applicable tax returns and financial
statements as electronic files by email, allowing you to store these
on your computer hard-drive, instead of in a box
somewhere which usually will get mislaid (hard-to-find) or destroyed
accidentally.
Our service to you will always be easy to use.
We give you the flexibility to use our service in one of four ways,
that
you feel, best fits their time, and business needs.
However,

System?
One of our goals is to constantly leverage technology, both existing
and emerging, to ensure that our service to you, is seamlessly
integrated into the way you work, so as to provide our services
hassle-free, leaving you free to focus on driving and maintaining
your truck, with Trucktax handling all of the bookkeeping and tax
compliance paperwork.
As
a result, we have leveraged the available Internet Technology and
created for our clients convenience, an Internet Based
bookkeeping information submit ledger.
This Internet-based info-submit Ledger, is unique to
TRUCKTAX™,
and is designed to give you
flexibility in how and when you send us your business information for
bookkeeping, tax compliance data processing and tax preparation.
Here is an example of the type of convenience our
service system can bring to your business of trucking.
Lets say:

You are a long-haul trucker who incur most of your expenses on the
road across Canada and/or the U.S.
-
From these on the road expenses you are collecting the business
receipts and invoices to be submitted for your bookkeeping.

You have and travel with your own Lap-top Computer with Internet
Access
-
You sometimes spend a lot of time waiting for loads or
are off-road not
driving to comply with the DOT requirements.

What if you could on a daily basis use some of the waiting and
not-driving time in the bunker to send all of your business expense
receipts information to be processed?

That would mean that by the time you got
home, most or all of the expenses incurred on the road would have
been processed and if you needed a financial operating statement or
cash-flow report,
you could request one by email and receive it
the same day.
Well it is possible and available at TRUCKTAX.
Here is How:
We would setup your company with a secure username and password to
access the Business Info-Submit ledger on our website.
You would
simply use your computer with an Internet connection and your
user-name and password,
to logon to the
Info-Submit Ledger, select the type of expense from the
available drop-down box and enter the expense amount from receipts and/or invoice amounts
in the expense columns.
It is that simple.

You do not have to add-up any columns

You do not have to total
any information
-
Just enter the total shown on your expense invoice/receipt.
Similarly, if your income is earned on the road you can enter that
too in Canadian or US Funds.
When done, go to the bottom of the page and enter the total miles or
kilometers traveled so far for the day or month and click the submit button.
It is that simple.
Now here is the good part of this exercise.
As you click the submit
button, the On-Line system will pup-up a report of the information
you just entered and sent to the TRUCKTAX™
data submit server and
instruct you to print the report and attach to the source documents
and receipts you just entered.
Now if you do not have a printer attached, no problem, select the print
to a file feature and it will print the report to your computer so you can print it at
a later date and attaché to the invoices as part of your audit
verification support filings for the future.
