Privacy and confidentiality
Our mission in providing accountants with bookkeeping service for
their trucker clients is to function as your undisclosed
back-office. This way, none of your clients will know that you are
outsourcing the bookkeeping tasks to us.
Our role will be to function as an extension of your truckers
bookkeeping service system to deliver the required bookkeeping work
in a way that will look and feel like we are working from an office
at your location.
Under our service system, we stay behind the scene. You will be the
only point of contact for all our communications. In addition, your
communication will always be with a senior truckers accounting and
bookkeeping project manager located in Ontario.
In addition, to allow
the service and the relationship to be seamless, we have established
a separate phone number, dedicated to our accountants and
bookkeepers clients that we answer as "Accounting"
This way, if required,
you can invite us into a meeting with your client and still maintain
the confidentiality of who we are, as your client will assume that
we are simply the accounting department where the work is done.
