Paperless IFTA Reporting

  How it Works!

Drivers submit their trip reports online using the Trucktax paperless trip report form,  which sends a copy of the completed trip report to the driver at his/her email address, a copy to the driver’s Carrier company and a copy to Trucktax. 

This information is entered into our in-house fuel tax program and at the quarter end, Trucktax outputs the applicable IFTA return, weight distance, mileage tax returns and sends these by email to the Carrier/Client to be simply printed, signed and mailed to the applicable state along with the required tax due payment if applicable.

Alternatively, we will print and sign the returns prior to sending these by email.  This way, the Carrier/Client would simply print and mail with any applicable tax payment due.
