TRUCKTAX is positioned to provide Franchisees with the required bookkeeping and tax support that will enable franchisees to own and operate their TRUCKTAX Franchise, without the need for any prior:

At Trucktax, our mission is to do it all for our Franchisee so as to keep their business operating cost low and earn a profit from the first client. .

This way, for a low monthly fee, TRUCKTAX, corporate becomes the back-office bookkeeping and tax services work centre for Franchisee, provides the required bookkeeping and tax reporting support needed by each of the Franchisees' clients.

This type of end-to-end support, is designed to make it easy for franchisees to grow their TRUCKTAX bookkeeping and tax reporting business and earn above average business profits without having to hire, train and grow a bookkeeping staff or having to invest in bookkeeping and tax training or other related infrastructure.

TRUCKTAX franchisees could easily earn gross profit per bookkeeping client of 50%-57%. A truly exciting and super profitable franchise opportunity with a difference.

In addition, the support provided, will include technical tax information and business advice for the franchisees' bookkeeping and tax clients via telephone and/or by email or skype video conferencing.

This way, when a Franchisee client asks a specific bookkeeping and/or tax related question, the franchisee will be able to access this information from our head office in conversation with professionals who specialize in the topic of the information requested.

From bookkeeping and tax, to fuel tax and IFTA compliance management and reporting. 

The key here is being able to sit in your office with your client, call our office, we answer as TRUCKTAX Accounting, your client gets to ask questions and get answers and recommendations and the client will have confidence that you are not a singleton, winging-it, but a professional bookkeeping and tax services company with a strong head-office centralized accounting support system.

Marketing Support:

TRUCKTAX will actively promote the TRUCKTAX services through its website on a national level, as well as highlight each of our franchisee's business and city location on the TRUCKTAX website, including contact phone number, to enable potential clients to always call the local TRUCKTAX franchise when looking for a bookkeeping and/or fuel tax service provider.

  • Click here to visit the locate a Franchise office near you web page. This page is designed to link our franchisees by province and city to allow truckers across Canada to access the TRUCKTAX services from a local TRUCKTAX FRANCHISEE.

At no cost to the Franchisee, TRUCKTAX will engage in a monthly on-going visibility marketing of the TRUCKTAX brand, uniqueness and services to help Franchisees acquire clients by name recognition. 

Client Growth Support

In addition, TRUCKTAX will not compete with its Franchisees. Instead, whenever a potential client visits the TRUCKTAX web and requests to become a client, or call, if they are from an out of town location, (Outside the GTA) we would forward their information to the local Trucktax franchisee for follow-up and setup.

Similarly, if a new client elects to use our online system to get started, here again, if they are from outside the GTA, the applicable location franchisee will be notified of the new client and provided with the contact information to allow the franchisee to establish their office as the local contact and personalize the service.

As part of the local contact service management process, the franchisee would send the client the welcome to the TRUCKTAX services letter, coordinate the business information flow and provide the client with a set of return address labels to simplify the document mailing process and ensure that the monthly envelopes flow from the client to the local franchisee.

The local franchisee would simply scan the documents and upload the file to us for bookkeeping and tax processing.

New client business leads and new clients acquired by direct website setup by clients will be distributed to franchisees based on the following criteria.

  1. By Province - Franchise province location and potential client province location.

  2. By City - Similarly, by Franchise city location and potential client city location.

  3. By client growth activity.  Here the leads will be distributed by all of the above, plus to the Franchisee with the most clients and/or the most active and fastest growing.

The Bottom-line:

As a TRUCKTAX franchisee, you will be operating a unique and very different type of bookkeeping and tax business with a NICHE.  

With this business, your industry and potential clients are easy to identify and you will have two sources of income from each client, which will increase your gross income and profits.
