The Fax Submission system

Two ways to use our Fax Service system

  1. Fax us all of the applicable business documents each month to a special Toll-Free fax number that we will provide to allow you to send us business documents from anywhere in Canada/USA. This means that you could easily send us your business documents daily or weekly as you receive them, eliminating the potential for loss documents and receipts.

  2. the Trucktax customized data capture fax forms

If you would prefer to use our Fax-Forms system, we will provide you with a set of customized forms, for you to simply fill out one of the monthly report forms and fax these to our office at the end of each month.

These forms are designed to include all of the applicable trucking related menu of expense listing this way you simply select the type of expense and fill-in the amount of that expense from your expense invoice or receipt.

No accounting or bookkeeping function required:

  • No need to Add figures

  • No need to Total or record column totals  

You simply write in the expense amount for each type of expense, fill in your income amount for the period or month of the report and fax the form to us at the end of each month.

The information provided on these forms will be our source data for bookkeeping and tax reporting. When we receive these forms each month, we will review the data and enter this information into your bookkeeping system, where it is combined with previous balances.

At the end of each quarter we will prepare and send you a set of financial and business information reports:

  • A Profit/Loss Statement

  • A Break-even analysis report

  • An Operating analysis report

  • A copy of any GST/HST return filed for the quarter, if applicable.
