using our service. We make all of the user procedures easy to follow and the
service start-up administrative process simple.

As soon as we receive your email message, we will contact you to

IFTA-Fuel Tax
needs.

This will bring you to our start-up information page that allows you to
provide us with the required company information and STATE IFTA
account information and
applicable Fuel Tax account numbers to setup your account in our
system.
Once you are on this form, you will notice that the form has two
sections designed to allow your IFTA level of service required.
The
First Section-►Top
Left of the form:
On-Line Driver Trip Reporting. This section is designed for use by
potential clients looking to get setup on our service for online
trip reporting only.
This service allow drivers to submit trip reports
from anywhere, using any computer with Internet access 24/7.
This On-Line service will allow carrier managers to receive their
drivers trip reports fast, without having to wait until the end of a
week or month when drivers have had time to prepare this information
on a paper form or when they return to the carrier office.
In addition, this will minimize and potentially eliminate the trip
report preparation errors by drivers during calculations which would
have to be fixed by an in-house administrative staff prior to keying
the information into an in-house fuel tax program or sending the
trip report forms to an outside service bureau.
The Second Section-►Top
Right of the form:
This section is for use by potential clients looking to retain our
services to process their driver trip reports and prepare their IFTA
and applicable Fuel Tax reports.
These clients are our full service clients.
Full service clients can elect to send
us the trip reports as
paper forms, or use our online system to
submit the driver trip report information.
There is no additional
charge to full service clients using our online trip reporting
system.

Once you have completed the top section of the form, proceed to
complete the other sections of the form that are applicable to your
business.
When completing the equipment report section of the form, if you
need more equipment information lines because you are operating more
than three units, click this
additional Units Link
and complete the reporting of operating units.
Forward Action:
As soon as the service setup information is received, we will send
you an invoice for the service start-up first quarter fee by email.
In
addition, we will attach a copy of our
pay-by-credit card
form,
to make it easy for you to pay our service fee.
To further simplify the fee payment system, we will email you an
invoice at the beginning of each quarter for as long as you are on
our service for the number of active units each
month.
Work-Flow Management:
Driver trip reports must be sent to us on a monthly basis, to reach us
by the
10th of the month
following the trip month, to allow us to process the information and
provide you with the IFTA and all applicable Fuel Tax reports ready
to be mailed.
Reports ready to be mailed to your IFTA state or province will be
sent to you by e-mal by the
20th of the filing due month.
